INSPECTION COORDINATION

PRE-INSPECTION MEETING (PIM)

The purpose of pre-inspection meeting is to discuss with Vendor's representative the inspection topics such as range of inspection, communication channel, checking the Vendor's quality system and other inspection related matters, In addition, at the time of Vendor's shop visit it is confirmed that they fully understood and will comply with purchase order requirements.

The pre-inspection meeting will be normally held with the Vendor who are manufacturing major items or the Vendor who seems to be insufficient their quality activities. The meeting shall be arranged at the time of submission of GA drawings, WPS, inspection & test plan, procedures and production schedule, etc., to be approved but not before he fabrication is started.

SHOP INSPECTION

Inspection during fabrication or for status checking are essential engineering services to guarantee that the material conforms to the international and contractual specifications agreed between buyer and supplier whether in raw material, partly or fully fabricated state, The aim of inspection is to ensure that the buyer receives the material or equipment in accordance with their requirements and for a fair and equitable inspection charge, Through these services, we make certain that equipment satisfying our customers quality need is provided on a timely basis.

TESTING AND CHECKING OF MATERIALS

Determining the conformity to requirements of physical, chemical, and other technological properties of all types of materials used in the fabrication of equipment. DIMENSIONAL CHECKING

Witnessing performance tests of complete machines or equipment and verifying test results including measured data, corrected data, and calculated performance values which are compared with the applicable specifications to ascertain their conformity to the contractual requirements.

VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING

PACKING AND MARKING INSPECTION
